Advertisement Rules

Advertisements must:

Prohibited Content

Illegal products, fraud, counterfeit goods, or unlawful services are strictly prohibited.

Adult Content

Pornography, sexual services or explicit content are not permitted.

Dangerous Items

Weapons, explosives, illegal drugs and similar items are prohibited.

Financial Fraud

Scams, fake investment schemes, money laundering or deceptive advertisements are prohibited.

Payments & Packages

Advertisement package payments must only be made through the official StarUnion website. Package validity, features and pricing are displayed before payment. Once activated, packages remain valid for the purchased period.

Refund Policy

Advertisement package fees are charged for digital advertising services provided by StarUnion.

Once a package has been activated, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or if StarUnion determines that a technical error caused an incorrect charge.

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact our support team with your payment details for review.

Intellectual Property

The StarUnion name, logo, website design, source code, graphics and original content are the intellectual property of StarUnion unless otherwise stated.

Users must not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Account Suspension & Termination

StarUnion reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Publishes prohibited or illegal advertisements.
• Attempts fraud, impersonation or abuse.
• Misuses the platform or harms other users.

Serious violations may result in permanent account removal without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

StarUnion is a digital advertising platform only.

We do not buy, sell, deliver, inspect, guarantee or verify products or services offered by advertisers.

StarUnion is not responsible for any loss, payment dispute, business agreement, product quality, delivery issue, financial damage or any transaction between advertisers and buyers.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the identity, products, services and information before making any payment or entering into any agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of StarUnion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by law.
